Rodney Dillard II

Rodney Dillard II represents individuals and businesses in a variety of civil litigation matters. He earned his Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, from Alabama A&M University, followed by his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law.

In law school, Rodney served as Vice President of the Black Law Students Association (Ernestine Sapp Chapter). He was also a member of the Faulkner Law Trial Advocacy team. Rodney has experience in insurance defense, civil rights, and consumer debt litigation. 

Professional Affiliations

Rodney is admitted to practice in the states of Alabama and Georgia as well as the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the Birmingham Bar Association, where he enjoys being involved with the Young Lawyers Section.

Personal Information

Rodney enjoys music, skiing, theater, producing music and being an uncle. He is a member of Church of the Highlands.
