EDDIE TALLEY

Eddie serves as Of Counsel for the firm. He maintains a general litigation practice representing business entities and private citizens in a host of civil issues. His practice consists of medical malpractice liability, insurance defense, and premises liability. Eddie earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Auburn University. After graduating undergrad, he then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. While in law school, he served as president of the Black Law Students Association and worked as a student mediator in the Mediation Clinic. He also co-founded the Summer Preview Program during his tenure in law school; a program to jumpstart incoming student’s academic career in an individualized setting before their arrival on campus in the Fall. Eddie also received the honor of attending the Moral Foundations of Law summit at Princeton University. Service unto others is what brings Eddie the most joy in his legal practice.

Personal Information

Outside of his legal practice, Eddie enjoys attending Auburn football games, golfing, and traveling with his lovely wife.
